This is an exciting Senior Recruitment Consultant (360) role for professionals from the recruiting/staffing industry who enjoy doing both sales and recruiting (filling positions). You will be involved in the entire sales process including prospecting new customers, face to face client meetings, and closing potential client sales. You are free to prospect within any industry that aligns with our business making this a lucrative opportunity with the potential to saturate multiple markets! You will also be responsible for recruiting and filling open positions that you’re accountable for. This role can be located anywhere within the Ontario region. We offer a hybrid schedule where you have the opportunity to work both from home and in the office.
