This is an exciting Senior Recruitment Consultant (360) role for professionals from the recruiting/staffing industry who enjoy doing both sales and recruiting (filling positions). You will be involved in the entire sales process including prospecting new customers, face to face client meetings, and closing potential client sales. You are free to prospect within any industry that aligns with our business making this a lucrative opportunity with the potential to saturate multiple markets! You will also be responsible for recruiting and filling open positions that you’re accountable for. This role can be located anywhere within the Ontario region. We offer a hybrid schedule where you have the opportunity to work both from home and in the office.

Sales (hunter) & head-hunting experience from the recruitment/staffing industry
Prospecting business opportunity leads that require recruitment and staffing services through a variety of media and cold calling techniques
Enjoys being in a 360 role (sales + recruitment) with proven results and proud of your accomplishments
Develop strategies to target potential customers and markets
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic with high standards of excellence
Tenacity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability
Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
Perform other duties as required
