1. Source
Our clients hire us to work as a third party in their recruitment process. Our job is to source the best talent on the market and present our clients with the most ideal candidates for their positions, based on skill and the best overall fit.
Our job board is updated hourly, our recruitment teams are constantly hunting for top talent on the market while using the most up-to-date technology and techniques.
2. Interview
In addition to always sourcing new talent, we utilize our extensive database of candidates to find the best overall fit for our client’s needs. All new applicants, as well as existing candidates, will be interviewed internally to assess their skill set and discuss the opportunity.
Our interviews are not interrogative, but open discussions where we can learn about who you are, your work history and what you are looking for in your future career. The interview process will help us determine if you are the best overall fit for our client and the position we are hiring for.
3. Present
Based on the internal interview, if we see that you are the best overall fit for the position, we will send your profile to our client, along with a written presentation of you, mentioning your work experience, your skills, and why we feel you are the best fit.
Should our client feel the same way, they will get back to us with interview times, or requests for additional information. From this point, we will work as an intermediary between you and our client. We will coordinate the entire process, from the initial interview until the hire. As your support system, we will remain transparent throughout the entire process. At Fuze, we strongly believe in maintaining effective recruiter-candidate relationships.
4. Feedback
Feedback is the best way for someone to learn from their mistakes or triumphs. That’s why feedback plays an integral part in our candidate process. We hope to keep a long-term relationship with you after you start your new job. Perhaps one day you will be a client looking to hire a team with us!
If it doesn’t work out between you and the client, that’s okay! It does not mean your job search should be over, it just means you have not yet found the company that is the best overall fit for you. Now it’s your turn to provide your recruiter with feedback, so they can continue searching for the right job for you.
